Mold Design

CNC machining
Protek Group has more than 50 sets of CNC machining equipment, of which three are Makino 5-axis CNC and 10 are Makino 3-axis CNC, which has extremely high machining accuracy to ensure that the products made by the mold have high precision, which can meet the requirements of our company for optical lenses
CMM mold check
A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is used to inspect molds by precisely measuring their geometric dimensions. This machine utilizes a probing system to detect points on the mold's surface, ensuring that it matches the specified design accurately. CMMs provide detailed data on the mold's accuracy, identifying any deviations or defects. The measurements help in verifying the quality and conformity of the mold before it is used in production, ensuring high precision in the manufacturing process.
