Do you work from just an idea or a sketch?

Yes. We take products from concept to mass production: industrial design, structural design, PCB/PCBA, mold making, injection molding, metal stamping, assembly and finishing, all under one roof.

Do you do product/structural design and PCB in-house?

Yes. We have an in-house design team covering structural, appearance, mold and PCBA engineering, so you deal with one partner, not many vendors.

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product and process. Tell us your target quantity and we'll advise the most cost-effective setup.

What are typical lead times?

Prototype and mass-production timelines vary by complexity and are scoped per project after we review your files. For reference, a recent 10,000-unit electronics program ran about 3 months from development to production.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. We confirm samples, such as 3D-printed or soft-tooling samples, and get your sign-off before opening production molds.

How do you protect my intellectual property?

We respect your IP and can sign an NDA on request. Designs, tooling and data stay confidential.

Which markets do you serve / can you handle export?

We regularly work with clients in North America and Europe and arrange export shipping; terms such as EXW or FOB are agreed per order.

What certifications do you have?

We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. We can also support product certifications such as CE, FCC and UL for your target markets.

How do we communicate and track progress?
